Cotton Duck Title Co needed a rebrand. As an institution serving their neighborhood for over 25 years, they wanted a mark that harkened to their namesake: not waterfowl, but cotton duck fabric factories that dotted the Jones Falls in Baltimore. This logo option combines their existing recognizeable duck mark with a swatch of fabric.
